AKL - Is there a "Party Room" available?

We are staying at AKL in December and will be having DS(3) birthday party at Chef Mickey's where 23 people will be attending. Being that this is a regular restaurant and people will be waiting to take our seats when we are finished eating, we need a place for my son to open his gifts (all family attending and they like to watch their presents being opened! - so my question is, do they have any small "party rooms" or "conference rooms" available at AKL so we can open the presents there without disturbing anyone? Obviously, our regular room will be too small for all these people, but I have been to other occasions in other hotels (such as weddings) where the hotel has some rooms set aside for small gatherings. Does anyone have any thoughts? I am probably going to either ask my Dreams Unlimited agent or call the hotel directly, but I just was wondering if any of you have come across this in the Disney resorts. Thanks in advance!

The Sunset Overlook is a small area off the lobby that would be perfect. It is sometimes booked for private functions, and I would imagine you would have to pay a rental fee to have exclusive use of it, but if it's not occupied by a private function and you don't mind someone wandering in here and there, it would be perfect.

I'm sure the hotel would be able to tell you in advance if it's booked for a private event.
