I am very frustrated at not being able to get intouch with my guide. Even more so since I have called him 3 times since December about putting in on teh advance sale of these points....


If I were toi finance a 100 to 150 points. at 93 not taking the developer points.

Does anyone have the lowdown on the monthly payment and the down payment amounts???

You can ask to change guides. We initially had a completely non-responsive guide when we were ready to add on directly via DVC (after buying resale). I called the general sales number, asked to speak to a manager, and requested a change, explaining how my guide had not returned my phone calls over a two week period. I got a new guide assigned shortly.
