AKL Grand Villa

I am a large party of 11 (4 adults, 5 children, 2 infants). We are booked into Poly for August 2014. I am a little concerned about potential construction work going on at that time and so I have been looking at other resorts.

I see AKL has grand villas that sleep 12 but I cannot find any pricing. Does anyone know how much they cost?

According to the 2012 Room Rate Card on WDWMagic the 3 bedroom Grand Villa is $1,690/night. The cost has probably gone up slightly since '12 but I can't find a card for this year's rates.

The last thing I want it is to turn up at Poly to find GCH is a building site and the main pool is out of action

Your problem is booking a grand villa for cash through Disney Reservation Center. Most of them get booked for points by DVC members.
