AKL food after 11pm?

Our plane arrives at 10:20pm and we have private transportation set up to Animal Kingdom Lodge. Will they're be anything available to eat after 11pm?

You might consider ordering from DoorDash or, doing an online order and picking up your food at a restaurant on your way to the hotel.

This, unfortunately. We stayed at AKL last November, got in just a bit after midnight (don't get me started on paying for a hotel room when you are technically not even checking in on that day, lol). Definitely nothing open beyond the front desk and even that was, understandably, minimally staffed at that time of night.

Sadly, the GF's QS used to be 24-hour. Not post-shutdown, though.

I really wish it'd be open like that again. Such a nice getaway if you were at VGF or GF and couldn't sleep in the wee small hours.

Maybe we can hope as Disney recovers from CM losses due to the pandemic? I sure do.

ETA: Interesting. I hadn't checked hours for Gasparilla's for some time. It's open till midnight.

However, you probably can't get in the GF gate since not staying there. The GF is somewhat vigilant about admitting only those with room or dining reservations. Wanting QS won't admit you, unfortunately.

Too bad. Even cold case items there are tasty.

Some places note their closing time as "last flight"....mostly the fast food places. Would assume it's last departure....but who knows.
