AKL-Difference between Deluxe Savanahh & Savanahh View?

I'm thinking of booking AKL for one or two nights on our upcoming trip. I noticed that the chart breaks the views for "Savanah" between Deluxe and Regular. Does anyone know why or what the difference in the view is?

I don't think it's the view that is deluxe, I think it's the room. A deluxe room has a day bed and can sleep five.

The difference is that a deluxe room can sleep up to 5 people (some configurations only sleep 4) and is about 40 sq ft bigger. All deluxe rooms are located on the 5th floor, where as the standard savannah rooms are located on the 2nd - 4th floors.
