AKL Deluxe rooms discounts

I have a pool view deluxe room reserved for June 23-26 before a stay at the Swan this year on Starwood points

Anyway, I've been impatiently waiting for an AP rate to come out. Somewhere about 1:00 am it occured to me that they may not discount Deluxe rooms. I read somewhere last year that they never discount deluxe rooms at WL. Is this true at AKL also? I hope not, my TA will kill me if I switch again!

Last fall the delux rooms were disounted at AKL, but it is looking very much like JUne is busy for WDW so the disocutns may be late or low, if at all. There have been some years/seasons with no discounts.

Yep, what the previous poster says - deluxe views ARE available (based on availibility of course) with AP rates. We even got an AP rate for the AKL concierge last December
