AKL Concierge Rates for July? Please tell me yours!

I'm planning my July 2006 trip and would like to know what kind of AKL concierge rates everyone is getting for THIS July just to get an idea of what to keep my fingers crossed for with regard to next year!

Hey~
I'm checking in in late July this year - got AKL CL for $401.43/night vs. rack rate (total of $485.03/night with tax)

The rack rate is $435/night PLUS tax. The Passholder rate is $75 off rack during this Value Season, which = $360/night PLUS the tax, hence the $401.43. Still definitely pricey But worth it IMO
