AKL Concierge HELP??

Ok so I'm told that after spending all the extra money on concierge that I can request a savannah view room. But that they also have pool views in concierge.

Anyone request a savannah concierge room and not get it?? What did you do?

you don't have to spend the $ to get a savannah view. In concierge you can't be guarantee one view or the other...but you still get (because you're paying for it) all the other benefits of being in concierge

When we stayed at the AKL concierge in April the only concierge rooms that were NOT savannah rooms were the few rooms on the sixth floor (and they were smoking). I was told that as long as we were not requesting smoking rooms and were indeed staying concierge level then we wo uld get a savannah room. I requested a specific location and that was granted.
