AKL Concierge Food?

Could someone tell me what the evening offerings consist of in the AKL concierge lounge? I have read on some other threads that the breakfast and afternoon offerings are the usual fare, but that the evening menu is somewhat different, however they don't specifically say what is offered.

We stayed at the Poly last time and really liked the food there but this time my kids want AKL. They can be very picky and my 80+ dad will be going too. He is diabetic so between him and the kids the concierge food is somewhat important to me.

Evening offerings vary day to day
but the "kids" standard was alway there - chicken nuggets and PBJ (uncrustables) with gummie bears

for the more 'adult' fare...there was always "something on a stick" (chicken or beef or shrimp), some sort of corn/salsa/pasta? type thing (i forget what it was exactly), flat breads with "african" dips/humus if I remember correctly as well.

I haven't stayed AKL concierge since...umm...January...so it's been a while.
