AKL Concierge, couple of questions

Does anyone have the e-mail address for AKL Concierge?

We just booked them for June and I need to ask them a few questions.

Also, do they send you a vacation planner and if so, how far in advance do they send it?

I've heard some people get one some dont. I didn't wait for it. I had booked all our PS's myself. I contacted them directly and they printed an intinerary for me. They booked the sunrise safari and Boma.

They also took down all our check in information by e-mail, our party information such as names ages etc.

That is ONLY to contact the concierge AFTER you have booked. Without your confirmation number they won't be able to help you.

Taylor -

They can look it up by last name. I didn't have my confirmation the first time I spoke to the concierge planners. She was able to pull it up no problem.

That is NOT always the case. It depends on how far out before your visit you are calling them. I have had them not be able to find my reservation just with my name, they needed the reservation number.

Like I said in my post. They were able to pull up MINE without a problem. I guess I'm special.



It never hurts to try. You never know, maybe you'll call one day and not have your confirm with you. It's amazing what some CM will do.

That was exactly the problem. I e-mailed and didn't have the reservation number with me. They were unable to pull up my reservation, and wrote me back asking me to provide it so they could assist me. as son as I provided the reservation number they found the reservation with no problem.

I've had this same problem with one of the other resort's concierge as well.

Boy Anne,

You sure have had your share of problems.

I just wanted the OP to know that is was possible, if she was away from home and didn't have her info. Maybe concierge already had access to my information. Who knows with Disney.

And Lizzie, after you've had as many stays as I have, I'm sure you'll have had some "problems" as well.

At least I get pre-planning info from the AKL concierge, the GF concierge never contacted me at all...but that's another thread.

That's funny about the GF. They use to be my fantasy Disney hotel. Now its AKL


I was too anxious to wait to get my planning itinerary. I had to contact them first.
