AKL Conceirge Question

I was able to book a one bedroom conceirge villa about 1 month ago for arrival on May 31st. When I booked they told me that someone from conceirge would contact me. I haven't heard anything yet?
Should I have heard something? Thanks for any help

It took me e-mailing them for them to talk to me. If you need them to do something for you, then you can e-mail them and ask. they will then send you any info you would like.
