215 pm for 325 pm is probably pushing it especially when you don’t know when the bus is going to show up and it could have scooters to load/unload plus MK is farthest away from AKL plus stopping at Kidani factor.

Yeah, I clocked my MK return bus after a Xmas party one night at 25 mins to Jambo House- and that didn't include wait time at the bus stop. If they were only running one bus that could easily become almost an hour between buses. I don't think OP was done in by the split stay itself but by poor planning for a departure from AKL.

BTW, we are thinking of giving Tiffany a try next month & we’re staying at Jambo, where do they physically pick up at Jambo (and at MCO?)

AT MCO they meet you in baggage claim and after you gather bags they take you down to the airport's private transfer loading area (MUCH calmer than rideshare curbside chaos).
