AKL booking through Virgin

We've booked to stay at AKL in Novmeber through Virgin. I didn't seem too bothered about the construction to start with but just reently I have a niggling doubt.

We received a letter from Virgin explaning about the construction going on but now I'm reading in other threads that Disney are asking people to move from the hotel.

Does anyone else have any opinions?
