AKL and Gartner Convention Question

DH is going to be at AKL for the October convention. I am tagging along Does anyone know if AKL uses their standard view rooms for convention guests? We only know it will be at Jambo.

I've heard mixed reviews on standard room locations.

We stayed at AKL under a convention rate in February and we were put in a standard view room but with a very convenient location to the lobby
