AKL - 3rd Floor Rooms Noisy?

Hi All,

Since the Lobby is located on the 3rd Floor of AKL, I was wondering if the rooms located on that floor were more noisy from foot traffic. Thanks.

We stayed on the 3rd floor July 04, and did not find it noisy at all. We loved the hotel the savannah view, and the great food. Have fun, it is truly a magical place.

My room in April was literally about 4 doors off the lobby on the Ostrich Trail, and never heard a PEEP!

WE were off the lobby, pool view and it was really quiet.So handy to the bus and the pool.3016 was the number.

We were one section away from the lobby. Although our room was located in a "busy" area (lots of traffic headed toward the restaurants, pool, etc.), we never heard anything from inside our room. We found it to be extremely quiet.

We've stayed at AKL three times and all three were on the 3rd Floor. Twice we were perhaps 2-3 doors down from the Lobby. Never heard any noise at all.

We've stayed three times on the third floor about 5 doors from the lobby .... never noticed any noise. Location was nice, though, being so close to lobby and at the level we were at ....
