Akershus vs Frozen Singalong/Toy Story?

Otherwise known as Epcot vs. Hollywood Studios.

I just snagged an ADR for Akershus on our arrival day! Great, but we were planning on being in HS that day and no park hopper. Either way we'd choose to spend the afternoon/evening in the park only after our 3 hour drive... the other two days are MK days. We have a 2 year old little girl who loves Belle and Frozen.

Epcot option
Lunch ADR at Akershus
Nemo (would try to get a FP)
Wander around some more
Early dinner, probably at Epcot.
Back to the hotel (CR) to maybe have some pool time and rest up for our first early day.

Hollywood Studios option
Get to WDW a little closer to 3pm check in... maybe pool time at CR
Toy Story (FP)
Frozen Singalong (FP)
Under the Sea (FP)
Wander around in between
Dinner ADR at 1900 Park Fare

Other info: We do currently also have a FP to meet Cinderella and Rapunzel on our second MK day so it's not like she won't get to meet Cindy if we don't do 1900 PF. We do not currently have a FP to see Anna & Elsa meet & greet, but we have a FP to the FOF so she'll get to "see" them there. She would love the Frozen singalong but I don't want her to miss meeting Belle either. We are FL residents so we may try to come back late next fall or again next year.

I have to say that Akershus is one of our favorite meals...the food is great and we get to meet so many Princesses that we save MUCH time NOT standing in lines throughout the parks. However, it seems in your case that the Hollywood Studios option might be the best to satisfy your little one. Why not use a MK FP to have her meet Belle at ETWB? ...or, she can see Belle during the Festival of Fantasy Parade in the afternoon at MK. Anna and Elsa are in that parade as well. There are lots of options. Enjoy! no matter which one you choose!

Yeah, the food looked great! The experience looks super fun. But maybe since we know we will be back at some point within the next year or two... maybe we should save Akershus for when she's a little older? We are doing the ETWB FP at MK on the 2nd day so there's that, but I thought that wasn't really a "meet"?

Also... she's very shy and slow to warm up to most people she doesn't know right now so I have no idea how she'll do with either fur or face characters.

Is there a way to add park hopper to our tickets after they're purchased? What about just for one day? I couldn't find anything on the disney site that talked about that... The only other thing I was thinking is if we left our house at the crack of dawn to get to HS in the AM to do all that stuff, then Epcot for Akershus at lunch, try to check in early for nap time, then back to Epcot for the evening and dinner. That is a lot for an arrival day though and our breakfast ADR is at 7:30 the next morning... hmmm.

There is also no guarantee that Belle will be at akershus, so I wouldn't base my decision on that alone. My kids were looking forward to meeting belle and getting her to sign their special book, as the belle at MK doesn't sign, and of course, she was not there that evening. I think a 2 year old would have a lot more fun with what you have planned at HS.

I do believe you can add park hopper but consider this. Will your two year old get overwhelmed by the crowds at DHS for the Frozen sing along and ther stuff? Akershaus may be a more relaxed environment for one her age. The princesses are pretty good about drawing little ones out of their shells. If the crowd at DHS is too much she may be clinging to you and none of you enjoy yourselves.
