Akershus question

Are the princesses present at Akershus during dinner? We go in 66 days and our very first meal is dinner there, but now I'm worrying that they are only present for breakfast. We did not book any character breakfasts due to the buffet nature and someone in our party had a transplant and cannot eat at buffets.
