Akershus Princess menus?

I see that Akershus Princess lunches and dinners will be served "family style", which to me says they are getting rid of the buffet and serving in skillets or whatever, like the family-style b'fast here, at O'Hana, etc. Do we have any idea what they will be serving? We are definitely not big on herring, smoked salmon, and cold fish dishes in general. Has anyone heard anything yet?

I read that it is keeping the regular Norwegian Fare at lunch and dinner in Family Fun magazine(Disney owned) I think that is where I saw it. So I think they are not changing the menu just adding the princesses.

We tried to get that info, from Disney Dining. Tried 3 different CM, and found that we were more informed then they were. ! kept trying to tell us, that only the breakfast was a princess meal. My DH was ready to call the restaurant direct. I told him, he would get someone who didn't know either.

Since the lunch, and dinner meals haven't started yet, I don't think we'll have our answer for awhile.

They did away with the hot buffet a while back. I believe it was the Disney online newsletter that I read that said that lunch and dinner menu would remain as is.
