Akershus breakfast- pastries, donuts, cereal?

I got lucky and snagged a pre-opening Akershus bkfast the day of my daughters' bdays. On All Ears menu (dated jan 2015) I see that pastries and donuts are included, but on WDW website I don't see any sort of pastries listed. My kids can be somewhat picky so I am wondering, does Akershus have pastries, donuts, cereal, etc?

I don't know about cereal, but they definitely had lots and lots of pastries, eggs, things like that. Plenty for a picky eater.

I don't remember cereal but on the cold buffet there were tons of pasties- Danishes, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, etc. There was also fresh fruit and yogurt in addition to the cheeses and meats.

Then you are served eggs, bacon, and potatoes at your table... There have been sausage and biscuits served with that too but I can't remember for sure.

The sausage is really really good. I've never seen my FIL eat so fast!

Anyway, we went in 2014 with a super picky two year old. All I was able to get her to eat was yogurt and fruit. Good luck!
