I've never been and finally have been able to book all 3 meals as ADR options. We're a family a 5 on the DDP. Which do you prefer and why? Just from a budget perspective I assume that lunch / dinner are the better values?

TIA!!

Honestly we LOVED breakfast there last trip in November! It was one of our favorites. I remember it being $40 something a person (for an adult), so I honestly think it is a great value on the dining plan, especially since it is only 1 credit! We loved the cold buffet options and the hot foods brought to the table.. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and a cheesy potatoe casserole (I would go just for those potatoes!!) and we also asked for mickey waffles and they brought out a plate full with no problem (those are not on the menu but if asked for, they will gladly bring them out). We had a pre-park opening ADR and it worked out great! The princesses were all awesome! We are excited to go back for breakfast when we bring my niece for her 1st trip in Sept 2016.

We are trying this restaurant for the first time this upcoming trip. We are doing dinner strictly because we no longer get up and get into the parks in the morning and we don't like to have big heavy lunches, but I have read that breakfast seems to be a good deal there.

I've only done breakfast there, but I enjoyed it so much that I booked it again on my next trip since I had a first timer with me. The breakfast food was all very good!

My little ones tend to eat more at breakfast than lunch or dinner so we book mostly character breakfasts- we did Akershus in March for DD's 5th Birthday- she loved it. I'm not a big breakfast fan but the cheesy potatoes were delicious and I loved the cold buffet. I had dinner there years ago before the princesses moved in and loved it but I know the menu is different now.

We are looking at dining at Akershus for the first time at our next trip. We usually don't do breakfast in the park, but I think we might do breakfast for this one just because we have a few picky eaters and the breakfast menu looks a little more friendly than the lunch and dinner.

We book breakfast because my family is too picky to eat any other time. We have also been fortunate to get 8am every time and get in the park early and finish eating before rope drop.
