Akershus breakfast before WS opens?

What do you do once you are finished with the Princess Character breakfast in Norway? Do they escort you back out of WS? Should I plan to go on an EP EMH morning, enjoy FW for the first hour and do a later breakfast in WS? Is this a "Theme Park Strategy" question?

We went to the princess breakfast last year about 9:45 am. After roap drop, we rushed along with everyone else to Soarin'. We rode Soarin' and got a FP for it on the way out. By the time breakfast was over, it was time to use our FP for Soarin'.

If you can wait to eat breakfast, I'd get a later ADR. Enjoy some of FW before it gets too busy.

The princess breakfast is one of our favorites. We'll be going again in May.

We did Akershus an hour before the park opened and it was great. We took our time (and we were not rushed by all means either) and once we were done, Mary Poppins was out just strolling around WS so we stopped and talked to her plus got a picture and autograph. Of course we couldn't go into the countries and they do rope off certain sections, so we leisurely strolled back over to FW. It was such a calm and relaxing walk because there was hardly anyone there. We did see people doing the Segway Tour which was neat to watch. Once we got to FW it was just about opening time. Also we got some awesome pictures of the park since there was little to know one there (and this was the end of June). This time around I tried to get early ADRs for Akershus again, but the earliest I got was for 8:50am and there is early EMH that day too.

From what I know... and if I'm saying it wrong, please correct me...

You can walk through the world showcase... nobody will stop you, just know that nothing will be "Open" except those restaurants that serve breakfast...so if you walk through at 9:30, places will be setting up/ but you can't buy anything.... (we walked through early, it's quiet, less foot traffic, nice walk!)

Last Oct. when we were there and had a 10am reservation there was a rope drop set up right after Norway to prevent people from just walking through the WS. You couldn't go any farther than Norway on that side of WS until it opened.

Thank you all for the replies! After investigating all of the character meals, I think this is a great one with which to start (i.e. "faces" versus "heads"). I have no idea how my children will react to the "heads."

I like the idea of going to Norway on a non-EMH day, having a quiet breakfast (lox and cream cheese for me...mmmmm!), and strolling it back over for rope drop (and character meet!).
