Will this still be breakfast? I wanted a later reservation so we could try to ride Soarin before breakfast but now I want to make sure this will be breakfast still and wondering if I should go with the 9:35 that is available.

Yes, breakfast doesn't end till 11:10 am. so your good as lunch doesn't start till 11:40.
