Akershus Aquavit drink recipe help needed

My DW and I had the "Stavanger" (made w/ raspberry vodka and aquavit) and the "Oslo" (made w/ strawberries, creme de banana, aquavit and vodka) at our Akershus dinner. They were both delicious.

Does anyone know the exact recipes and proportions for these drinks?
