Akershaus ADR timing

We got our ADR today for Akershaus and were given a 10:55 time slot. I was originally going for an 11:30-ish early lunch, but the 10:55 work just fine for us as well. I would assume this would be a late breakfast.

I have found conflicting info on various websites as to what time breakfast stops and lunch starts. How will we know which we will be served?

And, if we start with breakfast and it switches to lunch while we are there, will we be allowed to eat from the lunch buffet as well (or order something from the menu? I'm not exactly sure how that would work)

Does anyone know what we should expect with a borderline ADR time like that?

I show breakfast hours from 8-11:10am, lunch from 11:55am-3:30pm, and dinner from 4:55-8:35pm.

We ate lunch there in March and had a lunch ADR for 11:20.
