AK weird hours question

I was looking at the calendar for the hours of AK and on the monday we will be there it opens at 8 am and all the other days it opens at nine. Any insight as to why this might be??

One of Animal Kingdom's Early Entry Days is Monday. (The other is Fri) Maybe they have the opening of Early Entry as the opening time instead of the normal operating hours. Otherwise, I don't know!

What date are you talking about? According to the official hours for October, all days open 9:00pm:
