AK vet procedures: anyone watched recently?

Hi all: I'm told they do the vet procedures at AK Planet Watch every Wed, but CM couldn't give me a set time. Trying to catch this, but also plan fast passes for that day. I searched DIS boards - most recent post a few years back said they generally start around 10 and wrap up by 11:30 or so. Has anyone watched one recently or know if that's still fairly accurate?

Disney announcement on March 20th:
"The Animal Hospital and Veterinary Treatment Room in Rafiki’s Planet Watch, normally viewable through an expansive glass window, has closed for refurbishment and is expected to reopen in mid-June."

FastPasser - thank you SO much for posting! I missed that announcement. (Can't believe the castmember I emailed to ask about schedules that day said nothing about that - she just said show up Wed am!)

We're driving up from South Fla that morning and I was going to leave extra early - 5am - to get there with enough time to catch it. I would have been so bummed to rush over and skip FPs for other attractions - all for nothing.

Good news that they're not discontinuing it completely. Guess I'll be postponing this till our Dec trip.
