Getting from Animal Kingdom to Cape May is easy enough, but what do you think is the best way to get from Cape May to Pop?

Can you easily walk to Epcott? ( How far is it and is it safe at night?)

Or can we take a boat you take to Epcott or MGM, then take the bus to Pop?
( Not sure if the boat requires park admission?)

I think that we will be done with dinner around 8/8:30. Doesn't MGM close about that time? (Trip is mid September. ) If so, would be faster to catch the bus from Epcot?

I appreciate any advice. :cloud9:

Using WDW transportation, the easiest thing to do is to take the boat to MGM and then the bus to POP. HOWEVER, the boats stop running to MGM 1 hour after it closes.

To get the bus from Epcot, you would need to enter the park and walk to the front where the busses are.

If you don't want to enter the park (use a park admission) or if the dinner ended late, you could take the bus to DTD and then bus to POP.

Or, for about $10 take a cab.

CAB for ten dollars? That sounds pretty tempting!
If we go with WDW transprotation where does the boat let you off at MGM?
(I didn't even realize that MGM was on the lake.) :confused3

Thanks again for your help!!

There is a lake where the resorts (BC/YC/BWI/S/D) and Epcot are located. Then there is a canal that goes to MGM.

The boat dock at MGM is at the front entrace, on the opposite side from the busses. So, when you get off the boat, walk up the hill. The entrance to MGM will be on your right, the busses will be (sort of) on your left.
