Group G - elephant mini kit

the photo mat has a strip of elephant paper which is not attached so you can orient your photo before adding the strip...the journal box strip is attached....the two tags have little buttons pushed through, they are attached with a glue dot, tape and two pop dots on either side due to the button hole loop on the back...the title is chalked, first layer is inked also..

Erin, my groups look good. I can't believe I signed up for 18 groups when I'd planned to do just a few! Oh well, I really do love AK (it's my favorite after MK) and I can use everything I signed up for. Good thing this is my only swap!! I'm off to get busy planning what I'm going to do!

I'm not really sure about these. I embossed the top layer, then sanded it and inked it with distressing ink. The eyes are stickled. I keep trying to come up with some way to make them cute, but my DD13 keeps telling me to forget it -- there is nothing cute about a croc. What do you guys think? Should I try something different?

Sheila, those all look great! And, I get those tiger mats!! I think the croc is good like he is. I'm going to steal your elephant title idea. I always do all the letters in a title just alike. I like your creative idea!

Thanks Stephanie! I wish I could say the different letters were my idea, but I lifted it from a magazine a saw a couple of years ago, so lift away!

I think the croc is wonderful - keep him - but tell me which "folder" you used so I can get it - I really love it, it fits him wonderfully

the title is great too, I need to get better about titles that is one of my weak spots (if you notice alot of my pages don't even have titles but I didn't think they needed them)

I love that paper pack - I need another one of them (DH gave a me a "you are crazy, use the paper you have" look)

Thanks ladies. Reddy, the folder is the Cuttlebug 4pk Animal Prints. I think there is a peacock, zebra, and cheetah print also. The paper is the Paper Studio from HL. My DH doesn't get it either. A few weeks ago, I was sitting in the living room floor surrounded by stacks of paper packs trying in vain to find the perfect papers for the pics I was wanting to scrap. When I said something about not having any paper that would work, the DH gave me the "you've got to be kidding" look. So I had to inform him that anyone who owns 4 copies of the original Star Wars movies has no room to talk about my paper obsession.
