AK Restaurants at Dinner

With AK being open at night (which I'm assuming continues into the fall since Rivers of Light is kicking off at some point), are the restaurants staying open later? I got the last reservation for Tusker at 5:55pm when we go in November, but I'm wondering if I should keep an eye open for later reservations, or if that's just a bad idea because it wastes extended park time.

Thoughts?
