AK Rainforest Cafe and AP discount

I would like to know if anyone has gotten the ap discount before 2:30 pm. I guess I am trying to ask if they distinguish between the discount for seating after 2:30 pm or can you still get the discount if you finish your meal at 2:30 pm etc.

I got the AP discount at the DTD location at lunchtime.
