There were so
Many people from off site ( According to a cast member) that they had to open the gates and let everyone in at 7 am to avoid a stampede and the lines were 2 hrs long when my daughter got there at 9 am!
She went to complain atbgurst services and was very nice. She was told I’m sorry and that was it!!!
She is staying in our points at Kidani
Our grandson was so frustrated that he left!!
Said he had enough of Disney!

Most days the parks open before the official listed time. Today there were EMH at 8:00am so I would have expected them to open sometime around 7:15am-7:30am.

If you get there later than others you should expect to wait. Nothing guest services can really do about that.

Your daughter made a bad call in showing up an hour after EMH started, giving other on site guests an hours headstart, and giving her no advantage over off site guests. If she really expected lines to be short during that time, perhaps she should be done with Disney.
