AK nervous about timing

I have a FP for Safari at 10:15, want to see the animals afterwards (which is what we usually do) and make it to the bird show at 11:30. We currently have a 12:00 at Yak and Yeti. This is right next to the bird show, correct? I don't want to have to leave the bird show to check in for our lunch reservation (you are supposed to check in 10 to 15 minutes prior correct?). Should we cancel sit down Yak and Yeti and go to their quick service instead (although Yak and Yeti is one of our favorites)? There aren't other sit down lunch times nor safari FP left at this time.

Flights of Wonder should be over at 11:55 am, so you should be fine. You don't have to check in 10-15 minutes early. If you have time, I would highly recommend just getting a Landry's Select Card. It's $25, but that $25 goes toward your bill plus you get an extra $25 reward for your "birthday month" which can be any month. With the Landry's card, you get priority seating over ADR holders at Yak & Yeti, Rainforest Cafe and TRex and don't need an ADR. You just walk in whenever you are ready to eat, show them your card when you check in and you will be seated pretty quickly.

You can also stop in right before FoW, tell them you are watching the show, have ADRs when it is over. No big deal

I wouldn't leave Flights of Wonder early for any reason. To see the last bird and to be invited up to the stage to see the birds up closer is amazing. Also, your Yak and Yeti reservation will be "kept" for fifteen minutes after your seating time. You will be absolutely fine.

I've never been turned away because the schedule got away from us and I was a little late to lunch.. I might have to wait even more for a table but we didn't have an issue with the adr.
