We have a very quick trip for the weekend coming up, I’m struggling to finalize my plans. This is a bonus trip, and must does are limited to have fun, and be with our cousins, 2 adults and 4 kids 11, 9, 9, and 5.

Currently I have the following booked with high priorities listed
Saturday: AK morning FoP, safari, Everest, dinosaur HS -afternoon hop right at 2, hopefully have LLs stacked for Slinky, Tower maybe RnR, Rise ILL.
Sunday: Character breakfast, swim, Halloween party
Monday: Epcot Akershus late breakfast, ratatouille, test track and guardians

My biggest issues is Saturday, is this the right way to do this day, I think yes, I did a Friday in June similarly and it worked out. But I’m slightly worried I won’t be able to stack well for HS and will end up with either insane lines, no LL or/and upset kids.

Should I move something around on Saturday or Monday? We cant adjust Sunday as we have party tickets already. Give me all your ideas and suggestions!

I think it's totally doable. I wouldn't use any LL at AK if you're able to do early entry. You should be able to bang those out in that order by mid-morning.

Book your SDD LL right at 7am, then modify as necessary to get into the time you want. ToT and RNRC should still be available at 11 and 1 for after 2, and modify again as necessary. ILL is easy to book at 7 if onsite and even if not there should still be availability. Honestly we pretty much walked on Rise 15 minutes before park closing in August, on a Saturday night (posted time was like 40 minutes).

I do think that having the Halloween party at MK on Friday shifts a little more to MK on Saturday, plus Epcot draws some locals away from HS. I really do think you'll be fine. :-)

Honestly, it's mid September and definitely lower crowds than June when kids are out. I think right when kids went back before labor day, the waits were some of the lowest, right around 9/4 according to thrill data.

If you had good success with this in June, I'd suspect it will be the same now, barring rides being down or some other rogue event. You def wouldn't want to RD DHS and hop to AK given it closes so early, that would make no sense so I think your plan sounds about right. As long as you're adept with G+, which it sounds like you are, you should be fine.

I think your Saturday will work well. Agree with a PP who said you shouldn't need any LL for AK. If not rope dropping, you may want to buy ILL for FOP. I recently stacked LL for HS in the afternoon/evening. Remember you can modify your LL times after booking, which doesn't reset the 2 hour until your next pass window. You should be getting Slinky first obviously and that will be hardest to modify, but I had LL for Slinky, MMRR, Tot, TSMM, and MFSR. RnRC was closed all day, but if you had a LL for it it turns into an almost any attraction pass

Thank you all! I feel so much better when I get validation I am planning correctly!!

Def getting slinky at 7, then FoP, then Rise, only rise last as it’s not as high of a priority but I still think I should be able to get it.

Buying Rise for 8 will be expensive, but you could buy it right now (at 5:22, for 6:00). Or take your chances and get in line toward closing. It doesn't sell out much. FoP lasts a good while also.

Small thing to keep in mind when planning to stack LLs later in the day at a park you're hopping to - you won't be able to book an LL at an attraction at that park until the return times for the attraction have reached the 2PM mark or later. I would be shocked if SDD doesn't get to that point pretty quickly, but it might not be right at 7AM. Also, if you're doing AK first, it looks like regular opening time at AK will be 8AM (unless I'm misreading the OPs dates). If so, you can book a second LL 2 hours after the 8AM opening - again, as long as that attraction has reached 2PM at HS. A fairly recent improvement to the app will show you exactly what time you're eligible to book your next LL. And I'm in total agreement with the suggestion above to utilize the 'modify' option whenever you can. It was very valuable to us last trip.

Good luck!
