AK Moonlight Magic….what time does it start??

We are going to our first MM in December and we have plans to visit the MK during the day. It’s a MVMCP night so the MK closes at 6 and AK closes at 7. I am trying to figure out if MM will start at 7 or if there is a delay and it will start at 8. We have park-hopper tickets so we can enter any time, but I am trying to plan out our dinner plans. We are staying at BW and had planned to return from the MK and eat at Flying Fish, but now that we are going to MM, I have a couple thoughts. I am thinking either eat at Tony’s Town Square before we leave the MK, or head over to AKV and eat dinner at Boma or Sanaa before we head to AK. I have to book our dining in the next 2 weeks so I want to make sure I have my ducks in a row.

Typically, MM starts 30 minutes after regular park closing. So, if DAK closes at 7 pm, MM will start at 7:30 pm. Early entry should start at 5 pm.
