AK evenings

I haven't been to Disney since they offered evenings at AK. About what time does the nighttime safari start to look neat. Also what else is there to do? We have a ROL dining package.
Dates are Oct 25 - Nov 1.

Most people say to go on the safari right at sunset, because after dark you cannot see that well.
You can also see the tree of life light show that comes on and off at different times. It is awesome!

Riding Everest at night is a TOTALLY different experience.

If you want to do the safari at night you'll want to ride it at sunset. If you ride when it's completely dark you won't see hardly any animals. The fake savanna sunset looks cool. Only reason imo to ride it in full on darkness is for a slight creepy feeling of being out there in the dark.

You'll want to check out Pandora at night and during the day.

Expedition Everest is also better at night
