AK Early Entry - Travel from BLT

On May 15th we're planning on going to AK at 7:30 for early entry. We are staying at BLT. I believe the busses start running 45 minutes before park opening. If that's correct, even if we get a bus at 6:45 I'm don't think we'd get to AK by 7:30 or in time to be in a good position for rope drop. Considering an Uber or Lyft, but not sure we'd have luck at such an early time. Any recommendations?

Buses actually start running about an hour before ETPE. It’s generally recommended that you be at the bus stop about 90 minutes before ETPE in order to catch the first bus and be near the front of the pack.

We caught buses at 5:45 for a 7am early entry at AK.
