to be honest, that pluto pic is from last year. he might have been rotating with donald. but everyone else is out at the same time.

Yes, they were last year. There was also a band playing Christmas music. I loved that area! It really put you in the Christmas spirit!

They are all out during the day, but don't have the same start-end times. That should be listed in the Times Guide you can get with the map.

Yes, Pluto takes over for Donald for an hour (though I don't know if that is stll the case).
