Airtran--what number to call for credit to A+ rewards

I have already booked a flight with Airtran, but now the price is lower. I asked a few days ago about how to get credit and was told to call and mention nicely and they might apply a credit to my A+ Rewards. Question now, what number to call...the booking number at 1-800-247-8726 or customer relations at 1-866-247-2428? Which number have others used?

Thanks so much! That's what I'll use then too! Here's to hoping I get the credit...then we have to plan another trip next year or we lose money

Called and got a credit. I wish the customer service rep had been a bit more personable, but nonetheless, I am happy!!! Now, I just hope we get to go next year.

Keep checking your fare in case it goes down again. I've received credits 5 times since I first purchased the tickets. Also, if you call and get a rude customer service person, don't be afraid to just end the call and call back. You will usually always get someone else.
