Airtran through Southwest -- Bag Fees?

Just wondering if anyone who has booked and flown an Airtran Flight that they booked through Southwest had to pay bag fees to Airtran. I have heard conflicting stories. Thanks!

Others have posted the they got the free bags. But you can't get preassigned seats, they are assigned at check-in.

100% free bags, I assure you. Flew AirTran BWI (Baltimore) to MCO on a AirTran flight booked at SW.com. We took 6 bags, all checked, all free. 2 free per person.
