Airtran.......Saturday after Tgiving

I was so excited. I was originally scheduled to leave the day after Tgiving only because that was the cheapest day to fly. I kept checking kayak and sure enough it popped up that I can leave Saturday for $70 pp. This was cheaper than the Friday ticket. Plus I dont have to spend another $220 for Friday night at ASM (2 rooms).

Since then, I have not found it that cheap again.

Sorry, I'm a little confused...
Were you able to get the cheaper price? If you stay until Sat, why do you not pay another night hotel?

We flew Airtran Sat after TG in 08 and all was good. Did not get anything like $70, more like $190 + tax. SWA was $235 so we thought is was a good deal for peak holiday travel.
