DH and I flew from Lex, KY to MCO last December on Allegiant who now flies wo the other Orlando airport. Our total fair round trip for both of us was less than $200.

Now, we are looking at all of us flying down the Saturday after Thanksgiving and Airtran has $85 each way/ per person. I know this is cheap, but am I totally nuts to hope it gets cheaper. I guess my question is, do you think this is rock bottom pricing and I just need to shut up and book it?

Thanks!!
Karen

Shut up and book it! ;)

Def. book it! I flew AirTran to Orlando in March and had no problems! Tickets were quite a bit more than that too

I say book it! I watch Airtran like a hawk. In previous years, they'd jump around from $59-$109 one way all the time. In the last year (from my airport anyway) $79 is the lowest fare I've seen, and that usually doesn't last very long. $85 one way is great & I'd book today!

 im watching for my DS for that date range, currently best fare is $169+ one way pp from PIT. :sad2: TPA flights aren't much better.

Yes, book it. We are trying to fly AT out of LEX in October. They had our flights for $80 each way. I waited because I was trying to get a travel certificate from my work (employee loyalty incentive thing) to pay for the tickets. Wouldn't you know the day I got the incentive check the tickets went up! Right now they are $120 and $137 for each flight. I haven't booked and keep hoping they will drop again. Last year we snagged 4 RT for less than $700 including seat fees and luggage fees. But if they drop to the $80 range again, I'm booking them when I see it! Otherwise, we'll be driving. Boo!

Book it! I have AirTran flights booked to Seattle and they have only increased since I booked. Same goes for my JetBlue flights to Orlando.

Yes, book it!! We're flying out of Pittsburgh the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and AirTran is currently $162 each way. I just hope they come down, or Southwest has one heck of a deal. I can't believe that I may actually have to pay more in airfare than what I'm paying my Disney package.
