I found flights for $54 each way for our upcoming November vacation. Unfortunately, I was on vacation and not prepared to purchase but when I got home the sale had ended and now all the flights are $69 each way.

What are the chances that they'll go back down or should I just bite the bullet and buy now?

It is always a crap shoot, but quite frankly I would jump on it. I booked my flight in November (T-giving weekend) three months ago and have never seen it go any lower than $102.00. My flight coming back the first week in December went down to $59.00, so I booked it. Now the plane is filling up and it was back up again. I paid $172.00 and it is up to $353.00 round trip.

I wouldn't sneeze at $69.00.

Use this link http://airtran.com/sunshine/
for a $25 voucher. Book the trip as one way and you can use it twice. So you would Save $50 of a round trip. We did this. We used 10 different email for 10 vouchers. We then booked a oneway trip down and a oneway triop back saving us $250. Also use Kayak.com and then go to the airtran link and you will not have to pay for seats.
