Airtran flight changes?

If Airtran changes the flight time, the site says they will email. I think I remember someone saying they changed the flight time w/o getting the email. What is the latest on this-dothey email, do I haveto check the website, etc? How about the return flight?

I would check the site. They changed our flight 3 times the last time we flew with them.

I have an upcoming flight on AirTran and have been e mailed three times concerning changes. The first time, they changed my departure time from Philly to Orlando from 7:00 AM EST to 6:00 AM EST. Next, they changed the departure time from Philly to Orlando back to 7:00AM. The final time, they changed my departure time from Orlando to Philly to 5:59 PM EST rather than 6:00 PM EST.

Each time I had to click on a link to accept the changes. I also got an e mail reminding me to accept the changes if I did not have any issues with them.

I wouldn't rely on it---you might discover the change before email goes out. I check about once a week- paranoid traveler here. I have caught changes before I got an email or I have never received emails at all. This is with Airtran and other airlines.

oh boy, this thread is making me nervous now LOL!

i'm still almost 2 1/2 months out from our flights and i've already gotten 1 email so far about time change (our flight home has been pushed back about 40 mins but 40 extra mins in Orlando is okay with me!) but reading this, i'm just a little concerned about how many times this may possibly happen, especially if it were to happen to my flight down there.

for those that have had this happen, how far out did they STOP changing times?

I booked in Sept for March and we've only had one flight change and they sent the email the day it changed. Worked out for us because I changed our flights out to a day earlier for free.

I just changed my flights (more time in Disney YIPPY)
Just call and say it does not work for you and they will change it free of charge.
