For those who are familiar with Airtran policies - I booked flights for my daughter and her boyfriend using my Airtran credits from a cancelled flight in March. Now the flights have gone down $19 each, and I tried to rebook online like I do with SWA, but it adds a $75 fee for changing even though it's the same flight. I know I received a credit last time we flew Airtran when the flights went down, but I had paid out of pocket for them, not with credits. Is it possible to get the $38 credited to me for the cheaper cost of the same flight even though I used credits to purchase the flights? I was hoping this would help the kids out with the luggage fees! Thanks!
