Airtran credit question

I'm looking at booking our flights for January. I would really like to guarantee the flight I want through Airtran and have been told that if there is a sale later on that they may issue a credit for future travel.

We aren't high frequency fliers, but my question is if the credits have to be used individually. Meaning there will be 4 of us. Can my DH and I use my kids credits if we decide to go somewhere later in the year?

HI CORIE; AIRTRAN DEDUCTED MY HUSBAND AND MY CREDITS, FROM OUR TOTAL BILL. WE HAD $80.00 CREDIT($40 EACH), AND WHEN I MADE RESERVATIONS FOR THIS SUMMER THEY JUST TOOK $80. OFF. I'M HOPING THEY LOWER THE PRICE FOR FLIGHTS I HAVE SCHEDULED IN DEC. I PAID $250RT.
