Airtran Coupon Used on Seats?

Has anyone gone back and applied the $10-off Little Debbie coupon to an existing Airtran reservation to pay for their seats?

From my experience, you could use it for that..however at the time, ours had expired so they wouldn't work! Blah...the customer service rep was extremely nice and helpful when we couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work (we were trying to do it all online!) I don't know it applies all the time, so I don't know if I am any help or not! I'm not the most experienced traveler when it comes to flying!

what about bag fees? Can you use them for that?

They are good for seats I used mine for that. Ours expired too, but we got new ones to different email addresses. You can only use one per passenger so I was able to use the one sent to my email and the one to hubby's email.
Based on what I read on a previous thread, you cannot use them for luggage fees.

It can be done online for the seat selection (with a coupon), I've done it before.
