Hi. Has anyone used the Post Road Airport Valet at TF Green? They are advertising $48/week for valet parking? Their website doesn't really say how it all works, I'd love to hear from others who have used it and the pros and cons.

I'm also considering Garage C for $60/weekly or the Express Lot E for $55/weekly. Comments?

Thanks. Any way you look at it, it's 1/2 the price of Logan ~ I just paid $144 for a six day trip to WDW last week (must have been $24/day).

I've used Preflight at both Logan and Green. Liked them a lot.
Here's a link..they usually have some kind of discount or coupon..

We have used Airport Valet many times. They are great. Close to the airport and in the winter your car is cleaned up and under cover when you get to it. You get a discount with AAA.

Well, based on the map and directions in the Preflight link... I have used Airport Valet a couple of times (don't ask :) and, as Poorman points out - having my car snowless after one of those trips was great! And, um, oh yeah - this was three or four years ago, and it cost more than the price you got!

Oh, and the other thing I liked was being able to just pull in and leave my car for them to park :)

Dont confuse TF Green's PreFlight Airport Parking 2119 Post Road
with the company Airport Valet. Two different company's, when you say garage C and such, it seems that is TF Green's Valet, which I know nothing about.

As far as Airport Valet LOVE THEM!! You drop your car out front, give them your coupon and keys, they take your bags and load them into their NEW and CLEAN shuttle, and your off. About a 3 minute ride to the airport! Don't forget to tip the shuttle driver :)
He will drop you at your airline and take your bags out for you.

When you return, you call them and tell them you landed, the shuttle is out front when you walk out, MAKE SURE YOU GET IN THEIR SHUTTLE NOT THE TF GREEN VALLET one, then when you get to the lot, your car is up front waiting, you go in and pay and your off :cool1: :thumbsup2 They are easy to use and it rocks having your car and not waiting on others. And it beats the TF lot where you have to hike to your car with your bags.

Make sure you are dealing with 1880 Post Road if you want the Airport Vallet I speak of.

Make sure you print out the coupon and bring it with you:

you can make a reservation online too!

Thanks Everyone, I think I'll try the Airport Valet and have my oil changed while I'm gone. Sounds like a great service. Will let you know my experience when I get back mid-October. Brenda

Hi PatsGirl! (Too bad about Brady, huh? Boo Hoo!) I think everyone covered how great and easy Post Road Airport Valey is--just wanted to add that we've used them at least a dozen times, and they're consistently good. This time we actually had the car detailed while we were gone, and they did a great job, inside and out. WOuldn't hesitate to use those services again, either...

Ditto! Totally true they are good every time!!

I will definately let everyone know how it worked out. I finalized all details yesterday after many weeks of researching flights, hotels, rental cars, etc. We are good to go! Thanks. Brenda

I keep seeing these coupons in the mail -- think I'll give Airport Valet a try after reading all the great reviews here. Hoping I don't stress out finding the place. (I could get lost in my own bathroom :rotfl:)

I just got back today and used Airport Valet-LOVE them. It cost $58.20 with tax after coupon. Didn't know anything about AAA discount. Great QUICK service.

If you can find the airport you'll find APV, it is right beside it.

Great service, good people.

Thank you Poorman - I found it right where you said it'd be using google maps. I've dropped off/picked up the college kiddo and been dropped off/picked up at PVD many times, but I've never attempted to park there. Looks simple.

Reservation is made - they know we're coming :goodvibes

I wouldn't recommend Airport Valet, Inc to ANYONE! Use Preflight Parking, Thrifty or park onsite at the airport -but Airport Valet, Inc hasn't proven either secure or trustworthy for me in two incidents!

My car was hit by a plow on their lot and they never told me about it - just let me drive away and discover the damage the next day! When I called to tell them, they said "Oh - so that's whose license plate we found!" ????? It took me over 6 months of badgering them to get them to fix my car of the damage.

I gave them a second chance, though and this time it was WORSE! They left my car unlocked (along with several others) and they all got broken into and emptied of everything of value. While everything I had was hidden or in the trunk, the thieves (if there were indeed "thieves") had plenty of time - they went through EVERYTHING and stole everything of value. AV took "responsibility" but in spite of saying they'd reimburse me, they then refused, prompting me to have to take them to small claims court! I won the judgment, but when the Sheriff's Office served it to Airport Valet's attorneys, they refused to pay it! I now have to go to court - twice to get what they admitted was their fault that I lost!

Yeah - I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Airport Valet. Take it as a warning...
