Has anyone ever checked the Better Business Bureau rating for Golden West? They have an unsatisfctory due to one unresolved complaint.
I tried emailing the company to ask if they have any reviews somewhere and my concerns about the rating (thinking it might be just someone disgruntled not a true complaint).. they never emailed an answer..

Anyone else try them recently ?

DD and I leave Sunday. We're flying into SNA and will be taking the Airport/DL Hotel shuttle. We aren't in a great hurry and with splurging on the trip to begin with, I wanted most economical. We fly back 3/6.

Will post how it works out...

We used them on 2/8/03 and the return on 2/11/03. Again I had no issues with them. Did the complaint say what it was for?

Did you give them your CC number when you made ressies or after the ride? I'm thinking if I can pay cash for it then I will definitely use them. They quoted me $54 one way exclusive service for 4 of us - $2 cheaper than super shuttle SHARED service from LAX.

I gave no numbers for the Reservation. I paid by Credit Card after we arrived at the hotel. It was an exclusive ride for us as well. My neighbor paid for the return trip and paid with a Credit Card also. Again, I have nothing but praise.
They also responded to all of my emails. Which was probably a total of 10 so far. Several about my own reservation and then I've also gotten quotes for a couple of clients. I would definately use them again.
