Hello!

Not been on. Here for a while, but I've convinced my husband that a trip to DLP is a good idea, so were now planning our 5thh trip!

We've always driven in the past, and found that quite straightforward, but we're taking my parents this time, so it's easier/cheaper to fly.

So, does anyone have any recommendations for airport transfers, and ideas of cost please?

We will be 4 adults and 2 children.

Thank you!!

We use RStransports shared option as it's cheaper. Many here use ezzyshuttle.

I think tHere's only me uses the VEA. I often wonder if I'm doing the wrong thing but have never had problems.

We'll be using VEA for thr first time this trip. It always is cheaper for my to book shared transportation than VEA. This time VEA had offer that second child does free, so we booked.

There are only two of us going so it is the better value I think xx

Always use Ezyshuttle - excellent service but can be pricey depending on how many of you going.

Couple of questions about Ezyshuttle:
  1. Do you have to add a tip to the cost?
  2. I'm only on the mobile version of the site at the moment, so perhaps it has limited information, but can you only book by phone?
  3. Where will you find them at the airport? Do they wait with a sign?

They won't accept tips. You can either pay the set price to the driver or pay via paypal before you go, which is what I always do.

I've never tried to book by phone, I always just email John using the email address on their website. Give him your name, how many people (including kids ages so they can provide a car seat if required), your flight numbers and approx landing times. Also provide a contact mobile number and the hotel you're going to.

After you clear security and then collect any bags - the driver will be waiting for you as soon as you exit the baggage claim area - so inside the airport. You don't need to go to the car park. They will have a board with your name on it. For the return journey they will collect you inside the hotel lobby, or will be sitting just outside - again a board with your name on it. They also drop you at the correct terminal at the airport you need.

They have always been early for us, even when our flights landed earlier. I think they must keep up to speed with flights/times etc as I've heard others on here say that Ezyshuttle had contacted them to tell them if the flights were delayed. We've only ever had excellent service and we've used both from Charles de Gaulle and Beauvais.
