Airport to Hotel? (no Magical Express)

My husband and I will be in Disney from October 3 -12th. My MIL Will be joining us in midway through our stay. Since she is arriving after us, she is not eligible to take magical express to get to the hotel. Would you just recommend she take a taxi to get to the hotel? Or Is there another service you would recommend?

As long as she is a registered guest at a Disney property she can take magic express.

We were told that she would not be able to take Magical Express because although she is staying at the same resort as us, she isn't arriving at the same time. I'll have to call again to check.

In the meantime, anyone have a recommendation?

As long as she is registered on the room, she can receive ME no matter that she is arriving later. We have done it ourselves..

I don't think DME should be an issue. My MIL is flying in the same day as us, but leaving midway through our stay and our TA was able to setup her DME just fine
